This study aimed to know that Professional development play a crucial role in improving the self-efficacy and problem-solving skills of mathematics teachers at secondary level. By providing with new knowledge, skills, opportunities apply these real-world settings, they can become more confident effective their teaching mathematics. The objectives were assess perceptions about professional investigate impact on teachers. population was contained all three districts Hazara division. reliability scale is determined through Cronbach’s Alpha statements found reliable. Data collected, scored, tabulated analyzed by using percentage, mean, standard deviation person correlation regression as tests statistical. Education policymakers may consider findings this when designing implementing programs for ensure are having desired teachers’ competencies. Recognition other factors: suggests while have some factors such prior experience education larger role.
